What to Have Ready When You Call

  • The appliance brand, such as Whirlpool, Samsung or GE
  • The model number from the label (inside the door, lid or fresh food section, or on the back)
  • What it is doing: no cooling, no heat, a leak, a noise, an error code or a cycle that will not finish
  • Your town and a good time for the visit

What Happens After You Call

We ask a few quick questions so the technician arrives ready: the appliance, the brand, the model number if you can find it, and what it is doing. Then we give you the soonest visit window available, often the same day.

When the technician arrives, the first step is a diagnosis. We test the appliance, show you what failed and explain the repair before any work starts. Common parts such as igniters, door switches, drain pumps, belts and defrost parts often ride on the truck, so many repairs are finished in one trip. If a part has to be ordered, we book the return visit with you.

Getting to You

We cover all of National City, from the apartments along National City Boulevard and the older homes near Kimball Park to the neighborhoods off Plaza Boulevard and Highland Avenue. In Bonita we work along Bonita Road and Sweetwater Road, and in Coronado we reach the Village, the homes near Orange Avenue and the Cays by way of the Coronado Bridge or the Silver Strand. If you live in a gated community, a condo building or an apartment with a laundry room, tell us about gate codes, parking or building rules when you call.
